This programme is suited for people aiming for a career in strategic human resource management, consulting, or individual and organisational development. Organisational psychology is the fastest growing area of psychology in Australia and the United States. Organisations have come to appreciate the contribution that organisational psychologists can make in areas such as personnel selection, employee motivation, teamwork, employee engagement, communication skills, stress management, employee evaluation, job satisfaction, efficiency and productivity. Organisational Psychology is also known as occupational psychology and industrial psychology. It is the study of people at work - an important area of study for anyone operating within a workplace.

The track focuses on organisational psychology; this discipline studies the relationship between employees and their social working environment (e.g., colleagues, supervisors, teams, organization as a whole). Organizational Psychology Psy.D. Program Mission- The purpose of the organizational psychology program is to provide students with the finest possible education for the practice of organizational psychology, and for the possibility of becoming license-eligible in New Jersey and other states.
